cysts on penis

hi i have a friend who has seen two doctors regarding his penis.. he has volcanic like knots on his penis and his scrotum sack has ingrown hairs.. this area tends to itch pretty bad. there is one bump that leaks at times.. and hurts pretty bad i think its near his gland. they gave antibotic (antibiotic) but they dont work. they said they are inclusive cyst and the other doc said cystic lesions.. what could this be? they are hard on his penis and have hair in them the ones on his sack feel like knots... he itchs most of the time. they are dry also..

sabacious glands exist in the skin of the penis especially where there is hair (but not exclusevly) they can become cysts if they become clogged and or infected. be sure to let him know that he shouldnt try to "pop" them if thats what these are, (thats what it sounds like to me ) i have very small sabacious glands that are visable on me and i messed with one onetime, it becaome infected as a result and was a real hassle to get it cleared up, theres a permanent raised scar now that is worse then the original "sabacious prominence" i be;leive that is what its called. so yeah tell him definatly ;leave them alone, his doctor should be able to confirm this i would think, i dont knwo that there is much that can be done about it alot of guys have similar things as you have described. one thing i found helped with the small ones i have is to keep that area moisturized, i use the facial cleanser on my stuff to help keep the pores clear and then use lotion, they are less numerous and smaller now after doing thast for a few months very regularly (like everyday sort of regularly) if it is sabacious glands the reason why there larger then normal is because the oils inside them (wich are when the oil on your skin come from) are trapped , the oil is supposed to be distributed slowly from these glands and its always being produced at the same rate, so obvioulsy if the flow of oil on its way out is being slowed but the body is still producing the same amount the gland will become engorged leaving a pretty decent sized lump and they can be pretty hard.use3d to get them in my earlobes too untill i began making an extra effort to really scrub the area and keep them moist with lotion. hope thats all it is , good luck

Hi guys, there is a cure, I couldn’t believe it but there is,  I had these things for ages and couldn’t get rid of them went to doctor he said nothing u can do.
