damaged spermatic cord

hii, this is the first time i ask a doctor about my hard situation

I know very well that testicles is connected to the body by the spermatic cord my right spermatic cord was cutten since 9 years and i can feek the cuuten ends , my right testicle is only connected now with one veien to the middle of the testicle .
My left testicle is fine and i can feel the spermatic cord and alot of viens and the epididmys head and tail and the vas def but now adys i feel that there is a cuuten veien at the end of my left spermatic cord . Please please i need an answer about wt i can do please
