do i have a normal sized penus??

When i was arrested for fighting some years ago i was placed in a juvenile hall and during showers i noticed that others around me had significantly larger penises. i thought it was because of puberty so i did not worry. but as i got older and puberty hit i noticed my penis was the same size as before puberty. So my question is is there something wrong with my penis or is there anything i can do about it ?

Yes, you can try to take male enhancement or the natural male enhancement like kegel or jilqing. http://www.menshealthinstitute.org/2010/11/04/7-tips-to-keep-your-penis-healthy/

I'm 55. My penis is  the same size as it was before puberty. Since about 10 or 11 years old, I've been 1 3/4 inches flaccid. I've only been about 5 lbs overweight. But any extra pounds does make me look even smaller.

You didn't say the size of your penis but the average size is about 5" If you're overweight that could make it appear smaller
