don't know what's going on?

I'll try not to make this too lengthy.  I started noticing a need to want to urinate a lot. Then a couple of days later I woke up with a milky white discharge and had some light pain and discomfort.

So, I went to quickcare and was tested for chlamydia and gonnorrhea. I received a shot for the gonnorrhea and was given doxycycline  for the chlamydia.  I was swabbed and two days later my test for both came back as negative.

I am in a gay relationship. My partner, who was showing no symptoms, went to his doctor, and was tested and he came up negative. Neither of us have been with anyone else.  After we both took the full course of medication we have had anal sex twice.  

I am beginning to have symptoms again!  Argghhh! His doctor doesn't have an answer.  Does any one out there have an answer.
