So ive got me into a quite embarassing situation..I naired my bottom and now I have bad razor burn.. This is the worst place possible to have razor burn because eveyrtime I sit or move around it gets more irrated and new bumps appear..

What should I do?? Is there any creams or something that will help ease/clear up the irritation?

I start summer courses soon and the class is gonna involve a whole lotta sitting..Help!

I would scrub and exfoliate the area first.  Make sure that the hairs that are trying to grow out are free to do so and no longer blocked by skin.  Then try to keep the area quite moist.  You could do that by liberal/frequent application of hair conditioner or Vaseline or Pollysporin or Neosporin.  Keep in mind... Do not use any product that has alcohol. It will dry your skin and close pores making everything worse OUCH!

And just a tip, you are supposed to have hair in that area.  I would suggest letting it grow there ;)  In the future a trim instead of a shave is probably a much better option.
