Here is the only tip I can give you, you have to be happy with what the good lord gave you.

5 to 6 inches when erect is the average size. Why exactly do you want to enlarge that? I'd agree with what JML wrote. Be happy with what you have. There is no proven way of increasing the size of the penis. Some methods might even cause damage to your organ.

I would say that you are a comfortable size. Having a large penis is not going to make you a better lover. Every partner I've ever had has told me that it hurts and that they want me to go slow and be careful. Does'nt make for a very pleasureable experience and I'd often wished that I was a more normal size. Everyone seems to want what they don't have but believe me, you wont hear any complaints in bed.

my penis is  about 4.8 inch in length  and about  1.3 to 1.5 in width (not circumference) but when not erect sometimes it become very small

All this talk about is it normal...BE HAPPY WITH WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU, having a large penis is not all good, infact I would love to be much smaller. There's nothing more gross than having your penis hang into the toilet at a public washroom or digging to get it out of the zipper hole in a snug pair of jeans. And I'm sick of having the guy at the urinal next to me starring at me while I'm trying to ****. Is there any way to shorten your penis without surgery?

Yup, it is. The size of my penis is 5.5 inches when erect. At times it goes down to as small as 1.0 to 1.5 inches.
