You are not alone – many, many men are part of the premature ejaculators club. This is a method that many men find helpful, but it does take some time and commitment. Practice edging – meaning, masturbate until you are almost ready to ejaculate, then stop; let the feeling subside and then masturbate again until you almost ejaculate and stop again; and keep repeating for as long as you can. It’s best, if you are able, to do this for at least 30 minutes every day for several weeks; if you can do it more than once a day, even better. Many men find this helps them then control their ejaculations when they are having sex with a partner. You may get a sore penis, so use a first rate penis vitamin cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) that contains both a superior emollient (such as shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E).  Good luck!

This is a form of erectile dysfunction and is probably caused my your watching yourself trying to perform. This is called Performance Anxiety. It is easy to fix. Just relax and don't push yourself. Take intercourse off the menu for a while even. You will be fine.

Hi,
The treatment depends on the primary cause for the symptom, you can consult a urologist and get his advice. Generally speaking, if you are young and newly married, all that you need to do is to improve your health ( if not healthy) and get adjusted to the new environment. If you are old and the symptom has set in of late there could be different health issues behind and a detailed diagnosis will be required.
