excess masterbation(masturbation)

i am facing all the problems due to excess masterbation (masturbation) so you can please tell me the methods of reversing the adverse effects

blurred vision
back ache
getting cold
urinary problem
constipation
melancholy
and many else

even the exercise dont help me . i feel always been a tension in the nerves . my createnine potassim calcium are normal
please suggest me the remedy

How often are you calling "excess"?

Most of those symptoms have nothing to do with masturbation.  I guess it is possible that the urinary problem is related, but you'd need a professional opinion to confirm or deny that.  It is also possible the melancholy is related, either because you are pre-occupied and worried about your masturbation, or I guess it is possible you are becoming addicted to it and are suffering from withdrawal symptoms when the endorphins your body releases during masturbation subside.  The other symptoms I do not think are related to masturbation at all.
