force of ejaculation

when i ejaculate it seems to struggle to come out there is no force behind it,I do not produce a lot of semen and have put that down to may be age (52) and having a vasectomy but the force( or lack of it ) of ejaculaton has come on in the last year maybe, and now sometimes just dribbles out and seems to dribble out sometime after.
I have no other problems passing water or bowl problems

But while he didn't say it, I will say it about me:
Along with the decrease in force, there has been a decrease orgasmic feeling, as well!
And I know for sure that Kegel exercises won't be of any benefit to me because I'm quite strong in that.
Any other thoughts?
