foreskin easily torn, very sensitive and dry

by narcobob, Mar 17, 2007 12:00AM
Hello. I've been with the same sexual partner for over a year now and just a month or two ago we had some rather rough sex including anal and my foreskin tore in a few places around the "fold" area, the part that becomes the tip of the penis when the foreskin is not pulled back, the "wrinkly" area.

I gave it time to heal, and it seemed to heal but every time I have sex it gets hurt again. Little tears in the foreskin, and also the piece of skin that connects the head and the foreskin, on the underside of the penis, I forgot what that part is called.

Anyway, if I leave my penis alone for a few days it seems to heal up, but my foreskin is then very tight and dry and has kind of a "dried glue" feel, very sensitive. Then if I get erect and have sex or masturbate it irritates it again and the pain returns, small little rips, etc.

Any idea what this is? it's terribly irritating and has been affecting my sexual life for almost 2 months now and is starting to worry me. I'm currently living abroad and it's not so easy for me to go to an STD clinic, so I could really use some advice. Thanks.

I would appreciate seeing an answer for this as well. I have been having the same issue. It almost seems like when you get a split lip. I've been trying to use glysomed hand cream as a moiturizer to try and relieve the dryness.  I am a diabetic( type II)  male. I know my sugars are not out of whack cause I do not have a yeast infection (indications of this are quite prominent for diabetic males).  I'd really like to have some idea to go to my dr with so she can begin a treatment.

And yes I too refuse the circumsision solution.
