foreskin sticking to penis head

Hi,

I am having a weird issue where my inner foreskin sticks to my penis head when you roll it back. When in the shower and its wet it rolls back fine, but after drying it or leaving it the next time you try to pull it back the inner foreskin sticks to the penis head and it like pulling off a plaster. The inner foreskin is sticky to touch, But not when wet.

Any suggestions?

You might have an infection called Balinitis, a mild case of it. You can see a doctor and ask their opinion. Treated by antibiotics.
