frenulum itch

by zcal, Jun 01, 2007 12:00AM
I recently noticed an raised inflamation (inflammation) of my frenulum directly underneath the tip of my penis.  It is a very defined one inch strip from one end of the frenulum to the other and about an 1/8th of an inch thick.  It itches slightly throughout the day and is very sensitive to touch.  Also occasionally my urethra itches.

I don't use protection as much as I should and have had 6 or 7 unprotected partners since my last STD free checkup.

I have tried hydocortizone cream and have had no luck.

Any insight if this is an STD, rash, just an inflamation (inflammation) due to new mint Trojan condoms, or a reaction to a new girlfriend???

Thank you for any help you can pass on.

i would say a rash or reaction to the condoms.but if it last too long or gets worse you should see a dermatologist.

Could be a yeast infection. This could be contractred from sex with a woman who has it, or posibly a condom. Google "Male yeast infections" and see if this sounds like what you are experiencing. It will tell  you symptoms as well as cures. Good Luck
