groin odor

hi i have a really bad odor on my groin area, however i cant really smell it until i touch the area, moreover i sometimes itch near the anus area, scrotum, groin or sweat, can anyone help me out?? i also have very dry skin

Use Lotrimin cream as directed on the tube.  Wash towels, sheets, underwear in hot water and dry thoroughly.  Or throw them out and get new.  Use baking soda along with Tide that you measure out.  Treat your feet as well since you have to put your underwear on and you could have athlete's foot, which can be the same fungus.
