"growth" at Urethra Opening

Hi, I posted this in the Ask The Doctor forum but I wanna see what everyone else thinks aswell...

Since last Thursday I recognized a "growth" on the Urethra Opening of my Penis Head, it's sort of red coloured and only can be described as a growth, in other words; the skin there isn't flat, it sort of stands up. It's on the very tip where the foreskin meets the Urethral Opening, it doesn't hurt or anything like that. I've been applying Vasceline on it for 3 days now in hope that would work but it's exactly the same as it was when I first saw it.

I should mention I haven't had any type of Sex in my life, I also get random pains around my groin area but not on the Penis or Testicles itself, I'm taking Isotretinoin so that could be causing these pains in the muscles in that area, I also do a lot of Skateboarding which causes muscle-aches, anyway.....can you give me any information about this "growth"?

The growth is right on the opening of the Urethra and the part where it is seems closed up, it looks like the opening is half-closed up or something. Thanks

Ignore shaman's idiotic comment....I have the same issue as sega. It's almost identical to what he posted. It doesn't hurt when i urinate, but i noticed to check when my urine was coming out funny, like a rock disrupting the flow of water downstream. Unfortunately, I've been sexually active and I'm convinced its something i need to get checked out (basically i'm freaking out), but I've only had two partners since the summer and i used condoms every time.  It really feels like an infection because like i said, it doesn't hurt when i urinate, but it is an annoying feeling like something is there at the the tip of my penis...any thoughts on what it may be?

I have the same problem, i too am freaking out but the worst part is I don't know how to tell my parents or to ask to go see a doctor. I have tried a lot of ointments... Its not fungal or bacterial so i think it might be a mold. Make sure after taking a shower or washing yourself that you dry that particular part off very well. But this is my theory I am not sure 100% what it is yet either but it does seem to be getting worse. I fear time may be running out before curable.
