gynecomastia lump

hi there
so i've had puffy nippes for about 6-7 years now and i'm finally getting it treated within a month. though i have one concern i want to know about without having to wait the month. directly under one of my nipples there's a firm lump about 3cm across and under the other one it's much smaller. they used to be around the same size and before that i never noticed any lumps, just the general puffyness. also there's a small amount of clear liquid that comes out if i squeeze them
