As the title says, over the past few months I've developed a hard vein (or vein like structure?) on my right testicle, which hardens over the course of each day, causing more pain and discomfort the more full it becomes, to be clear this is actually on the testicle, and runs the full length down the front, rather than up from the testicle.
A few weeks after noticing this I also started feeling a pain in my right flank and noticing my urine smelling like salt water. I have had an ultrasound on the testicle, finding only microlithiasis at all abnormal. My GP assures me that nothing is wrong and wants to run no further tests, this concerns me due to the pain the problem is causing.
