help, left testical sore and hard lump found

Hey guys as for the last few days my left testical has been sore and i awoke today and i go to take a pee and to touch them is the left side is too sore now i have found a solid lump on the top side above the left testical and on the side of the testical. im so scared of what it could be i have not been feeling well and have been putting getting checked out just now thinking its just nothing. any help would make my day.
