help for my 4 year old

my son is 4 and complains when he walks that his testicles hurt.There is no swelling or discoloration.Can it hurt there if he pulled a groin muscle? Could it be growing pains? I have no idea I am his confused mom lol. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I would suggest taking your concerns to his peditrician or even a urologist.  Could be nothing, but better safe than sorry.

if you pull a groin muscle it can hurt your testicle, keyword was can, bring your child to a doctor and have them check it out
