help i need advice like now pllzzz

hey guyz
well i posted a question in 2006 regarding my fancee and you all seemed to help so im asking another one hoping for the same results. Now let me just make it known that i have like this huge problem with being alone i dont mean single i mean like literally alone. Any ways so my fiancee is supposed to be moving in about a week or two yeyyy but problem is right now it seems like hes avoiding me We were kind of arguing a couple days ago but we both made up. I really dont understand it. He was supposed to come over yesterday and have makeup sex but he didnt show and i havent been able to get a hold of him since. I know for a fact he is not cheating on me so im not even concerned about that. He says he loves me And i believe him when he tells me but after awhile i seem to make up excuses to believe he doesnt love me. I do suffer from some mental problems one being serve depression/ bi polar disorder could this be one of the reasons ive been acting really wiered latley I really need youre help ive also thought that killing myself would be the only way to make everything better So im kind of hoping some one can help me put things into perspective for me p.s I love him so much i cant ruin this
