help on mastubating

Pls I've been mastubating since I was 21 and now that I have girlfriend I want to stop but I can't. Now am 28 yrs of age and I don't last more than 2minutes on my fiancee which she is complaining about and its  giving me a lot of headache. Thanks, hoping to hear from u soonest

Hi Sky, so your have a young lady who wants some good sex, well done.
Look you going to have to stop masturbating, there is a saying, what is done by the hand is remembered by the brain, and your brain has been inflicted a lot by your hand so we now need to try and change that for you, look try this its a simple exercise called edging, and for this google pegym and on the just look for edging and away you go to lasting longer.
But anytime you fill like masturbating, just find something else to do, go for a walk, get in a room with people in it, do anything but masturbate, for a start it will make you feel better, think clearer and so on.
