I have pain at the bottom of the head of my penis, but the pain is there only when getting an erection and subsides after i am fully erect. It also only hurts after the first time I masturbate or have a girl do something to cause ejaculation. I have had sex with 3 clean girls (as far as i know) and always used a condom. Should i be concerned I have some disease?
