help

I cut the tip of my penis about a week ago, Ive been putting neosporin on it and trying to keep it clean. It ha gotten slightly bigger with a red scab (at least I hope) where the cut was and then a lighter ring around it. The cut hurts all when it is irritated. And im asking if i should get it checked out. If i should post a picture i am willing. this has got me worried.

Hi Ray, so just why did you not go to the ER, or just to embarrassed to go the that was a silly thing not going, look try this is a simple thing to do, get yourself some sea salt, and do a warm sea salt wash twice a day, this will help clean and heal, it may sting, so just be brave, the ring could be thats its healing, but I would still see your doctor or the ER.
