I went to a urologist recently and he said that I have a hemangioma urethral meatus and said i shouldn't be to worried about it. I've had it for about 4 months and it is causing many symptoms which include peeling and dry skin on my penis head and red and white bumps on my penis head. He told me to just clean the head everyday and use some Vaseline to help with the dryness. My question is should I be worried about this problem and what should I do about it.
