how can i stop wanking

i am 13 and i have bean wanking for a year now and i wanna stop any ideas?

Why stop?  It's fun, it feels good, it's harmless, and every 13-year-old does it.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.  I was doing it pretty much every day at your age, as were plenty of my friends, some more regularly than others.  Still do now quite often, and I'm in my 30's and been married for 10 years.  Never done me any harm, never been a problem.

Don't worry about it, just enjoy it!

There's really nothing to stress about here.  Having said that, if you are keen to cut down you need to excercise self-discipline, plus find yourself something else you are geniunely interested in to distract yourself with when you're feeling the urge.

I guess there may be medical methods of reducing your urge, hormones or something, but you don't want to go there unless you've got a serious medical problem.

What you are going through is entirely normal for a lad of your age - honestly.
