I got alot of information from The Paleo Solution by Robb Wolf, I would definately advise for eggs, just not raw unless you are breeding the chickens yourself because of growth hormones given to chickens cause it to have salmonella. I wouldn't advise milk because milk has animal protein which is very acidic. The best thing to break down acidic foods is calcium. But there is calcium in milk right? not enough to replace what was lost and you find more fractures and bone related problems from countries that drink cows milk (I don't know much about goat or other milks, although human milk, not saying I would try to get some lol, is not acidic which is why we as humans drink human milk). If you eat mostly fats as your source of energy compared to carbs you have better hormone regulation in the body specifically insulin sensitivity. I was advised from my trainer that I am interning with that starches from sweet potatoes are good to have.
Hi Shaggy some i'm wrong am I, just google body building diet for beginners, just see what they say, cant see anything about eating fat? just were did you get that from, its proteins he needs, all come from milk eggs steaks.
Hello, im the same im 19 im 5ft 2 and i struggle so much to put weight on im healthy and toned... Im 6st 13lb ive never been over 7st 5lb, i was told pasta was good for gaining weifht and it being healthy and right but ime not sure if it does ..
i hope you find a cure xx
I would not suggest drinking milk. If you want to gain wait that will help, but mostly because it is unhealthy, and do not take raw eggs unless you know the source and they are organic without chickens on any drugs because without that there will be dangerous salmonella. I would suggest eating lots of fats. They are healthier for you, preventing desease, help memory, prevent cancer, etc. What else you could do is like nohard said eat lots of red meat (although not the healthiest option). If it's grass fed it is a better option but that is significantly more expensive. I would suggest natural peanut butter, extra virgin olive oil (coconut oil if you can spare the cost), avocado. Things to get more healthier calories that will help build muscle. Also weightlife, it does wonders.
Hi,Im, Ok you could start weughtlifting/bodybuilding class's, drinking 3 raw eggs in a pint of milk at night, a pint of milk with your breakfast, and a pint of milk with your lunch, eat 2 bananas a day, and eat things that will bulk you up, steaks, good beef sandwichs.
Cant think of much else but will keep thinking.
Good Luck
