i have a problem with my tounge

hi i have been dating a girl for about 2 years on and off one night after we dated and had oral sex i developed a sore toung and metalic taste on my tounge somtimes swolen gums and running nose like i have cold it gets worse after we have had a date and kissed the othere night we went to doctor here and she complained of same thing in the philippines and they give medicine rather than tests i also have had a prostrate problem but toung is always having tingley feeling i use mouthwash and all but it seams to not want to go away i cant figure it out and running out of options

Hi, you need to make an appt. with a doctor,or go to the health dept.You may have pick up some type of infection.So many things out there you need to make sure!Good luck.
