I had it for years (since I was 30) I'm now 57 and finally found a combination product that actually alleviated the symptoms as well as my benign prostate hyperplasia. The stuff is called Peenuts and was developed by a Urologist in Sarasota, Fl. It is the only natural remedy that has the approval of the AMA. He does a lot of research of prostatis and the like.
