is it something to worrie about

i have small red spots on my forskin and around the base of my bellend and im not sure wat it could be there not sore only appeared over the last two days
used a condom not long ago not sure if it was that, or it might be this new shower gell. no spots appearing in other places,never had them before. and no chance of std. been with girl friend for 8 months and she hasent got any rashes or spots.
