is masturbation safe?

i masturbate from time to time and sometimes i wonder if it is healthy?....
can anyone help?

Just enjoy it why you can.  I'm 56 years old and still masturbate, but I don't have much feeling.  Thank God my orgasams are still great.

No i dont think so I read a lot of information about masturbating and it always says that theres nothing wrong with it some people say that it actually makes you bigger

Yeah, it's common to get tired after orgasm. I don't know if it has more to do with the exercise from sexual activity (it does burn calories), or what. There's nothing unhealthy about it, but you probably wouldn't want to do it so much that you're tired all day.
