i have heard that drinking "raw unfilterted" apple cider vinager
was good for you, and had alot of health benefits. can anyone
comment on this ? thanks l.e.
It wasn't pleasant. He choked for about 5 minutes. Then later on in the week found they made a pill to take. So he was feeling pretty stupid by then. But, his mother drinks the vinegar. She says to just hold your noseNose fracture. I don't think so!!! It tastes as strong as it smellsSmell - impaired Stools - foul smelling. We'll see if it's done any good. It can't do any harm.
i had gotten a recipe for apple cider vinager (raw unfiltered,
with the mother) and you can mix a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys in a gallon of your favorite iced tea (i like greenGreen tea tea) and believe it or not,
it tastes awesome. i can't drink tea without it now, it grew
on me that much. and it's helped balance my PH too !
the "mother" as i have found out, is the nutrient rich part of the vinager that gets filtered OUT when you buy it from the
grocery store ! you need to buy it from the health food store !
i know someone that swears it reduced her cellulite. who knows but before she drank it (yes no pills) she noticed results. just my little bit to add :)
yeah, i would check first, i don't have those issues.
since i've been taking it (about a month) i noticed it gives me more energy and also (this makes no sense but...) i sleep better ! go figure l.e.
the vinager stops heart burn and it will help may different problems cholesteral and high blood pressure, skin irratations weight loss ect. drinking it is good mixed with water or apple juice unsweetned.
I started drinking vinager with alittle bit of honey. I have noticed the energy and I also see a difference in my face. I had a bit of a hang over the other day and drank my vinager and it actully took away my hang over. lol dana hey are you from anchorage alaska by chance
This brings back old memories of the early eighties in Europe when it was trendy to have a mix of water with apple vinegar first thing in the morning. It is supposed to boost your metabolism and detoxify your skin. Apparently it also prevents a lot of respiratory infections, even if just inhaled. Vinegar is derived from grape, apple or rice alcohol and if you let that alcohol sit uncovered, it will mix with airborne bacteria and turn into vinegar. The "mother" is its by-product. Heck, you probably know all that...anyway, the better the fruit, the better the alcohol and the better the vinegar with or without that mother...lol...sounds pretty weird. You can actually buy the "vingegar mother" of super quality and inhance a regular plain vinegar with it. As for the effect - I only know my female buddies did have those rosy cheeks after a while and sometimes I wondered if they rather drank the miracle vinegar during its alcoholic stage...
i bought the apple cider vinegar at cub foods is that one good too or those it have to be from a health food store? I have also been taking about 5 oz total of this vinegar a day is that bad.
D.C Javis wrote a book about it, years ago. I think it's called Folk Medicine. Anyway each day you take 1 tablespoon vinegar + 1 tablespoon honey mixed in a glass of water.
My dad did it for years and said it helped his arthritis.
Jarvis's 1958 book Folk Medicine: A Vermont Doctor's Guide to Good Health was on the New York Times Best Seller list for two years, ultimately selling over one million copies.

I thing that Olive Oil is better and easier to drink than the vinager, and it does not taste nor smell as bad, and it has alot of good properties too, and medicinal properties.... I did not heard about vinager until just recently....
My mom use to give me pills for my memory, but I forgot to drink them, he, he, he, he, :) LOL...
anyways you might want to read a little more about that, because like somebody said before, I don't know about it causing or curing acid reflux, which is a very common problem, and it was not mention anything at all on that, but you can judge for yourself, check it out at http://www.bestguidesonline.com and go to the link for acid reflux, and I was not able to find anything there about the vinager, maybe you would...
Oh my God, he's got nerves of steel! I wouldn't have the courage to even try.

i know someone who used the old fashion lye soap, nasty !!!
but the "raw unfiltered" vinager would be good for them in the
long run ! they may have the last laugh and get to liking it.
