You probably have an adhesion.  It's about a two minute (literally) procedure to fix it my son had one it was no problem to get fixed.

circumsicion is cutting he foreskin and after the operation u don't have to pull anything back to see ur glans (penis head). people who get this operation are called circumcise
but it is extremely normal.

adhesions are normal for a child but they should be gone by adulthood.if it doesn't bother you it can be left alone.or a doctor or you can release it by pulling on it every day.

ok you probably don't have phimosis.this sounds more like an adhesion.the only way to fix this is to detatch the adhesion by cutting or ripping.i would recommend letting a doctor do this with a local anesthetic.

Believe me, doctors have seen everything you could throw at them and worse.  They are professionals, dealing with this sort of thing is everyday business for them.  I appreciate it can feel awkward, but honestly, it'll be OK, you've nothing to be ashamed of.

yes.this is called phimosis.it is fixable by stretching and using topical steroids or by a surgery called a z-plasty.the curvature will probably lessen once you get the phimosis cured.
