is this an STD or AIDS

I had sex with an maried women she has one kid .they are from good family but i didnt do through vaginal just i touch that area with my penis for one or two minutes then i take it from there and she had an oral sex with me.but the pimples doest came with in 1 or 2week.but it came after 5 months.and there is another reason also.i used a expired hair removel (removal) cream .its name is Nair.i used it my genital area and under of my arms but there is some cracks inside my legs. with in 5 minutes its like burning to me.then i wash with soap.the description says do not use soap if it iritates but i didnt see that at that time.with in 5 days red small pimples came on my penis on the top (head) and underneath(bottom) on the topfirst came 3,4 pimples then it spread to 10 -15 pimples and on underneath on both sides around 7 opimples came. some people told me to use detol and i used 1 litre of detol for that and my skin gone on the head of my penis.im treating now for that.The doctor told me its a bacterial infection cause of heat absorption .i need ur advice so please tell me is that any kind of STD or AIDS.Im worried about that.bcoz its doesnt gone away from me around 6 months its like this but my treatment started from may of this year.now its seems like getting small pimples and totally 16 pimples before it has around 26 small one.so please reply for me.im worried

I am sorry but no one can tell you what exactly is going on without doing some tests first. If you are that much worried (and how not to be) you should ask your doctor for general STD and AIDS tests. If not for anything else, just for the peace of mind.
