itching while urinating

: I have a itching inside my penis in the tube not under the skin or anything but inside my penis it doesnt burn when I pee it just itches from the tip of my head to about half way down and the feeling doesn't go away,i can feel the itching everytime i make pression around my penis. Im very very nervous and scared I dont know whats wrong and cant find any answer.please someone let me know please Im afraid and need help
