itchy yellow discharge

hi
ive only had sex with one girl and she has only had sex with me. yesterday her and i had sex half way without a condom and shes almost done her period. today i woke up with the head of my penis really itchy ... we again had sex with a condom and now there is a yellowish discharge coming out. it doesnt hurt to pee .. its not burny .. its just itchy with discharge .
what is wrong with me?

You have an STD, either gonorrhea or nongonoccal urethritis (NGU), which could be due to chlamydia. You and your partner need to see a health care provider immediately.
