jock itch

I have had both jock itch and athlete's foot for around 2 years(mostly been bothered by jock itch).  Now I am having itchy dry ears with leakage. I have tried many over the counter treatments for my jock itch but nothing works. I am worried that I might have spread it to my ears by scratching in my sleep. I say a site that stated I might even have a yeast infection, because the itch is also on my scrotum. I do not have insurance so I have not been able to see a doctor. I need whatever suggestions and info I can get.
