leg pain

my husband is 48,has been complaing that a pain from his groin area shoots down his left leg to the back of the calfarea,he is atough man,but this brings tears to him,cant walk on it ,it started out to be a bad cramp, but now it just keeps going. what can this be??

It could be any number of things! Sciatica, Disc, I suggest seeing a doctor.
Check the following see if it helps do the procedures using the left leg that's the one that bothers him.
