lines on shaft of penis

im 21 yrs old and for a couple of years now ive had these deep cracks on the shaft of my penis. the lines run up and down my penis up to my circumcision line and the lines lok like deep wrinkles and they are a dark color in between each line. it kind of itches, i dont believe its an std because ive never had sex. could this have happened from masturbating too much without lubricant?. and is there ne way to reverse this so my penis becomes smooth?.
