little hard type bone things under penis skin

hi,resently i used dishwashing liquid as a lubricant, and know my penis is pelling and know have these little hard type bone things under my penis skin and i dont know what they are.please help me

I'm sorry I don't know what the little bone things are, but for heavens sake why did you use dishwashing liquid?  Don't men think these things through, or are you pretty much just on autopilot when it comes to this?

man you shouldnt use that for lube , especially if its for a dishwasher, that **** has some seriously strong stuff in it, i once driped some on my shoe and it bleached the spot it was on! you should better describe the "bone type things" thats a very vague description could be alot of things, if i were to make a guess though id say they are sabacious glands that are irritated from the soap therefore hard or hir folicle that have gotten irritated or infected. please post this again with a better description or even a picture close up (dont show us your whole wang now please) and i think youl get better answers
