little pimples

For a while now I have been having these strange pimples on the middle of my penis and on my ball sack.  They sort of look like little pimples and are slightly white in color.  They do not itch. I can see them pretty clearly when i have an erection but when i dont its hard to hell.  I have not had any sexual contact yet.  Theres no pimples or anything on the top of my penis.  Only near the middle.  I'm scared to ask anyone about it and Im very worried.  Can someone please help me?

Well the "little pimples" are all over my ball sack and in the middle of my ****(closer to my pubes) i dont know what this could be?  Ive had it for a while now just now i got worried about it. the pimples on my sack almost looks like it could be just from the tubes idk. Im pretty scared guys.

i'm not entirely sure if its treatable, for more info. ask a doctor or dermatologist.
But i am quite certain it will go away.
They usaully do through puberty, although I still have a few.
its not a big deal :)

The little white lumps on the underside of the penis are almost certainly normal. Often seen in the teenage years, small pimple-like glands, about 1 or 2mm diameter, can be seen underneath the foreskin. Sometimes known as 'Fordyce's spots' they are completely normal and no treatment is required.

If the spots are seen in rows around the base of the head of the penis (also known as the glans (glands)), they are called 'coronal papillae' which are similar in appearance and again need no treatment. The best thing to do if you find these little white lumps is to not worry, don't pick or squeeze them and to maintain good hygiene by regular washing.
