Elevated Liver Enzymes can be the result of damaging liver disease, acute or prolonged use of medications or alcohol, or harmful exposure to a wide variety of environmental toxins (many of which you are probably exposed to every day).  Livergenex is your safe, natural choice for lowering elevated liver enzymes and putting you on the path to a healthier more energetic life.

Elevated liver enzymes indicate inflammation or damage to cells in your liver. Your liver cells will secrete higher than normal amounts of liver enzymes into your bloodstream when your liver is injured or swollen.  This will result in elevated liver enzymes on your blood test.
The specific elevated liver enzymes most commonly found are:
Alanine transaminase (ALT) - normal levels are 7 - 52 units per liter of blood serum.
Aspartate transaminase (AST) - normal levels are 5 - 35 units per liter of blood serum.
Gamma glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) - normal levels are 0 - 40 units per liter of blood serum.
In many cases, your liver enzyme levels will become elevated temporarily as a result of acute toxin exposure (a night of drinking alcohol, pesticide exposure from food, acetaminophen from an OTC pain reliever etc.)  In such cases, you can minimize the threats presented by liver enzyme spikes through proper nutrition and avoidance of toxins.
common cause of elevations of your liver enzymes is Fatty liver other causes are Anabolic Steroid Use, OTC Prohormone Use, Autoimmune- hepatitis, Celiac disease, Cirrhosis, Cytomegalovirus, Dermatomyositis,
Epstein-Barr virus, Gallbladder inflammation (cholecystitis), Heart attack
Hemochromatosis, Hypothyroidism, Liver Cancer, Mononucleosis,
Muscular dystrophy, Pancreatitis, Polymyositis, Toxic Hepatitis,
Wilson's disease.
If you could state what the doctor said what caused it we might be able to come up with some treatments.

Do you mean elevated liver enzymes?  We would have to know which ones.  Your doctor should explain the meaning to you in any case.  The liver is very important.  It works as a filter and can be damaged by alcohol and drugs, but there are also other causes of problems.  Some problems can be treated if the damage is early or temporary.  Damage can be permanent.  It just depends on what's going on, and "liver enzymes" is a vague term.
