Loss of sesnation can be linked with hormonal abnormalities. Check out my reply to the thread/post called "Shrinking Penis". DHT and E2 are responsible for penile sensation.

I have the same problem, but my problem is due to a circumcision at age 19, I'm 26 now. It seems as the years go by it becomes more and more insensitive. I've talked to a urologist and he says a loss of sensation is normal, since before the head of the penis was covered with foreskin, and now it's out and exposed, it grows a thicker skin, which makes it insensitive.

I too cannot feel anything with a condom, making sex with a condom pretty much impossible.  Regular sex without a condom is better, but most of the time I end up loosing sensation and then lose my erection.  Oral sex is the best, since there are more sensations involved I can usually maintain my erection throughout, even though it takes a while.

I've tried researching to see if there's any way to restore sensation, and from a medical perspective there isn't.  I've found some websites on foreskin restoration.  People use certain methods to stretch their skin to the point where it covers the head of the penis again. After months of having foreskin once again, people claim to become a lot more sensitive and enjoy sex a lot more.

Are you circumcised? I've tried finding a forum for people with this problem but haven't had any luck.  Hope this helps.
