loss of feeling and control of penis

When i was 26 i was recieving oral in a parked car with my underwear pulled down under my scrotom.Things were fine for 15min. ,until a cop showed up and for the next 15 min. my underwear remained in that position and afterwards i ended up with 70% loss of feeling/sensitivity in my penis, not to mention;lessened control of my anus.I'm not able to move bowel movements with force and the sensitivity of the anus is lessened. My penis went thru numerous stages for th next 2yrs,including losing girth, length, darkening of the penis, twitching, fluid seepage without warning, discomfort in the area where the shaft begins due to shrinkage and at times my penis was so deflated it was almost "deadlike".Also,my stomach bulges no matter how thin i get,and i'm 6'4",185 and slim. Now i'm 38 and a couple of weeks ago i was masterbating (masturbating) with my underwear pulled to the left of my penis and afterwards i notice more loss of feeling.I'm up to about 85-90% loss of feeling. My guess is that i damaged nerves and i'm wondering if this will hamper my bodies ability to transport testoterone or even worse produce it.I know i'm in for bad news down the road.As for now,i can still get erect, but i lost an inch and a quarter of length and masturbation is "like watching a silent movie". Help!!

Please take the time to read the thread "Shrinking Penis" and "Shrinking Penis 2" on this forum.

Loss of sensation is almost always from hypogonadism (low testosterone/E2/DHT) or Hypothyroidism (which can cause loss of libido, penile shrinkage, erection problems and such like). Loosing erect length is somewhat different and mean's you probably have some scare tissue or simply aren't getting enough blood to give a rigid penis.

My theory on your situation is that the tight underwear restricted blood flow causing to your testicle(s) which caused increased preasure on the spermatic cord veins and a varicocele to form (either one sided or bi-laterial), some veins were most likely damaged to your testicles resulting in decreased testicular function. Being the testicles produce more than testosterone (they also produce a hormone called TRH - which controls the thyroid) then your body probably down regulated both testosterone and thyroid function (which go hand in hand) and resulted in your symptoms.

Read my replys in the other threads for more information on blood work to request and such like. I had similar problems myself and i am now on thyroid medication and adrenal medication. My problems also developed due to testicular problems (varicocele).

If you read what the young man in his 20's wrote in the other thread which you provided a link to this thread in, he was fully capable of having sex, wanting to have sex, getting hard and ejaculating etc. What was missing was the pleasurable experience of ecstasy at the moment of climax. He talked about no feeling in his penis etc.

I answer him in the other thread because what he wrote sounds more like the problem I had [a zinc deficiency] than what you are describing.

When I reached age 40 I stopped experiencing the intense pleasure of sex at climax. I wanted to have sex. I found people to have sex with. I got hard and I came, but no bells and whistles, I didn't see stars, nothing. I had the relief of cuming, but that was all. I described it as no more enjoyable than a bowel movement. I went to different doctors for 5 years, not one had a clue.

I had read how important zinc was to sexual functioning and started taking 333% the daily recommendation [one tablet] and after, every once in a while I would have a brief nano second of sensation at climax.

One day talking with a psychiatrist he mentioned how bi-polars needed huge amounts of lithium while everyone else only need the tiniest amount. This got me to thinking, maybe there are certain people who need huge amounts of zinc. I got on-line and looked up zinc toxicity and printed out the list of symptoms. Then I started doubling the amount of zinc I took each day and masturbating. When I reached 3000 times the daily recommendation for zinc, I started to experience some pleasure, sensation and feeling at climax.

I find I now need 5000% or 5000 times the daily recommendation [one size never fits all!] or a minimum of 500 mg of zinc daily to keep having orgasms where the pleasure at climax is otherworldly. oh god, oh god, I see stars, I hear bells and whistles! Less than 500 mg and I am back to climax being no more exciting that a bowel movement.

I have taken these huge amounts of zinc [gluconate and picolinate] for over 15 years now, every single day, and so far I have not experienced any of the symptoms of zinc toxicity. The sensation,  feeling and pleasure I experience today at age 60 seem better than what I remember from my teens. I enjoy fully and completely satisfying sex now three or four times a week at age 60.

American soils are practically depleted of zinc. Most of us probably are not getting enough. I hope I have helped someone.
