lost the ablity to shoot a load

I am 38, for the past couple years I can't ejaculate when I orgasm. The experience ii's much like it was when I was a young boy with exception of interest in sex, sexual attraction and sexual desire. All those aspects still function. Just simple haven't been able to ejaculate. I still produce "precum". It's not just with my partner but also when I masturbate. I can get an orgasm but that's all. Nothing cums out. How common is this? Been going on for over two years now. Is this permanent? What can I do?

Your question is one best left to a urologist doctor in your area, if you have one.
