lower abdominal pain and pain in left testicle

I have lower abdominal pain right under my waist on the left. My left testicle is hurting but no sweeling. I am running fever. What might be the problem? THank you for all you input.

Not trying to be funny but i was looking up my husbands problems on google and everything that you said is wrong are systoms of an std. and also cancer. look ii up! I wish you the best of luck. and if you have any help fot me please let me know. Thanks. o there was one more thing to humm twisted test. i think.
