lump in testicle

hi, i am posting on behalf of my boyfriend. He is 21 and so am i.
A couple of years ago he felt a small lump in his right testicle, he had no pain and didnt go to a doctor. A couple of days ago he told me again that he can feel it but it feels bigger and its hrting him, especially when walking up stairs, it does not hurt during sex, he is not bleeding when he goes to the loo. He has no other pain other then when he is walking sometimes. He is going to the doctor tomorroe but i thought mayeb i could get some advice b4hand as im very worried about him. x

hi, went to the doctor yesterday, she thought it may be a cyst, then examined him and then changed her mind and started telling him about cancer treatments that are avaliable (which scared me and him half to death!) i dont think that was very professional of her but she took a blood test and told him to wait for the results. He was in a lot of pain later on that day so i took him to hodpital, the doc there said if it was a cyst he thought it would be a bit smaller, he said a cyst shud be the size of a pea, his is like a cherry, he said until he has a scan they do not know what it is. He gave him painkillers. So i wil let you know when he has the scan.

I am a 30 year old with a " swollen vein" on my right testicle. I had an ultrasound done and they found out it was as vein, not a swollen sperm chord as previously diagnosed. There is no medicine to make it go away, only surgery. I still deal with this problem today. If I sit down and my pants get tight, if I bump it, and sometimes when it gets cold the sack gets tight which puts pressure on it. I am discussing this matter with someone on this sight who seems to know alot about this. Type in shrinking penis and you will see our chats. Hope this info. can help.

hi, i am 25 years old, i am a bodybuilder in my off season that is worried about having testicular cancer, let me just remind you that my mom recently passed away very suddenly at 42yrs old, now i have become a hypochondriac.  Anyway, i have dull pain in my lower left abdominal region.  I also do very frequent checks for testicular cancer.  I am wondering if my testicles hurt because i am checking at least 3 times a day and putting pressure on my sack  I have recently found a small bump about the size of a pin.  It is hard and does not hurt, but just knowing it is there drives me crazy.  I am not sure on what to think, i eat healthy and drink a lot of whey protein, not sure if this is the cause of stomach pain.  I am planning on going to the doctor's to have a checkup, but i am very scared, i am already thinking the worst and planning the worst also, i do not smoke, do any drugs and bodybuild and take great care of my body, seeing this terrifies me.  If anyone has any comments, let me knwo..thank you..bob
