i can understand why you might be asking strangers before going to the doctor because for something like your situation, it isn't one of those doc appts you are going to jump right in and be all excited about going to... anyways, my husband had a similar situation, he had a couple tests done, his testicle was also a little sore at times. anyways he had a couple tests done and it turned out to be nothing of concern. but either way the definitive answer is of course go get it checked out by the doctor! you dont want to be waiting around dreading the doc. and in the mean time have testicular cancer or something, get it checked out, better safe than sorry!
