lump on right testicle

Im 21 and every now and then I notice a hard lump on my right testicle. It hard to say if it's the testicle or right next to it. I've noticed it several times over a year or so. It comes and goes. Sometimes it's only there for a few mins. sometimes as long as an hour. It get about a pea to size. Most of the times it's not painful. Is this something I should be worried about, and should I have it checked out?

It's always a good idea to get any lump on the testicle checked out.  So go to the doctor to find out for sure, rather than asking complete strangers for advice.  Good luck.

i can understand why you might be asking strangers before going to the doctor because for something like your situation, it isn't one of those doc appts you are going to jump right in and be all excited about going to... anyways, my husband had a similar situation, he had a couple tests done, his testicle was also a little sore at times. anyways he had a couple tests done and it turned out to be nothing of concern. but either way the definitive answer is of course go get it checked out by the doctor! you dont want to be waiting around dreading the doc. and in the mean time have testicular cancer or something, get it checked out, better safe than sorry!
