Curved penis: as already told, penis curvature is normal. In some cases it can be too much but I cannot tell you if you should see a doctor or not for that. Is it painful, does it interfere with the sexual functions? If your response to such questions is negative, then probably you should not be worried about that.

White bumps: I don't know.

Itching scrotum: probably a local skin infection. Do you keep it clean enough?

Bubble-like formation on testicles: the testicle should be smooth to the touch, but just the testicle, not the surrouding area. Around it there are many blood vessels and also the epididymis. This is the place where sperm undergoes the maturation process. If you have no other symptoms, you probably confuse what you can palpate with vessel formations or epididymis. Also it is normal the left testicle to be different, up to some point, from the right one.

Im not a doctor but i will help with what i can:

1. A penis being curved is not a problem and is quite normal, if it does become a problem i would see a doctor as there may be something they can do about it, but a little bit of curvature is normal.

2. Small white bumps are normal and they will go away with time. If they dont i would see a dermatologist, but i get one every once in a while and they go away after a few months.

3.The scrotum is a very vascular and will be red due to the amount of blood vesells in the area.

4. What you are probably feeling in that area is just a bundle of nerves and blood vessels and is normal.

You dont mention anything that to me seems like something to worry about. However if you are worried about it you need to see a doctor as no one will be able to really help you over the internet as even doctors can not fully tell you what is going on without examining you. I would suggest talking about these things with your parents and seeking some help from your doctor. I know that things like this can be embarrising but trust me that your parents will be helpful in this area. The human body can be very scarry at times especially when you are going through puberty and your parents will be able to relate to the feelings that you are going through.

Hope this helps in some small way.
