Ozzie_Gavin is wrong. It's the other way around. It's believed over masturbation can be a cause for premature ejaculation. One study conducted on people who suffered from premature ejaculation showed that majority of those masturbated once or more daily
Cant possibly see how, you should be building your endurance through masturbation and reducing the sensitivity of the nerves that cause the sapsm eaction that is ejaculation.
