I m 19 now,I have been masterbating since the last 6 yrs,I used to feel good at the beginning but I lately realized lately that the size of my wrist and hand isn't growing,my hair fall, feeling extremely tired...
I had stopped the practice since a few weeks, but last night I did it and now m feeling extremely tired,I am having head ache, body weakness, etc.
The size of my hand and wrist looks like a 13 yr old boy's hand.I am extremely in need of help.please help me.

No, I I've done it since I was 12 and have done it at least 2 or 3 times a week for the last 5 years. It helps reduce stress and helps your performace in bed. Nothing bad comes from masterbation unless your a hardcore christian.

If you are male, masturbation is not considered dangerous unless maybe you have problems with your Bladder,  Prostate or Testicles. Masturbation uses fluids from your Prostate and sperm from your testicles to mix and produce ejaculation. Masturbation for horny young males is a safety valve that reduces sexual tension plus giving you pleasure.
