i am a fit 37 year old with really high levels of "natural tesostrone" and have had high levels all my life, i masturbate 3-5 times per day and on the very odd occasion go a single day without masturbating at all (very rare), though i do masturbate 3-5 times a day, i go in the gym, go for a run, use the rowing machine and do resistance training, after all the exercise and the masturbation im still no different, i dont feel tired , i dont feel sore in fact i feel as if i could go again, in my youth 20 years ago aged 17 i frequently had sex with my them girlfriend 3-5 times per day while all so masturbating before sex, i feel no loss of drive, and energy as i cant get any satisfaction at all.
